What if I don't know all my lifts or a race time?

Fill in what you've got — you don't need all of it. Missing a lift? It's estimated off the others. No running time? You'll still get your full lifting week.

How is this different from a normal PDF program?

Every working weight and every pace is calculated from your actual numbers, not a generic tier. Log what you did each week and next week's prescription adjusts automatically.

Do I need a gym?

Yes — the program is built around barbells, dumbbells, machines, and cables found in a standard commercial gym.

How often should I retest?

Every 6–8 weeks. Numbers go up, come back and rebuild the week — the plan keeps up with you.
